Custom Smart Crawl process

Review the plan before you commit.

A customized Smart Crawl is collaborative work. We first understand the request and agree on a practical plan. Your Smart Crawl entitlement is consumed only after you approve that plan.

Step 1

Submit your request

Share the target URL and explain what content, pages, or workflow the Smart Crawl should handle. You do not need to purchase a Smart Crawl before submitting the request.

Step 2

We review feasibility

We examine the site, access requirements, page structure, and requested outcome. If anything is unclear or unusually complex, we ask questions before proposing work.

Step 3

We prepare a plan

The plan describes the intended crawl behavior, scope, important limitations, and what we expect to deliver. This gives you a concrete proposal to review before work starts.

Step 4

You approve or request changes

Approve the plan when it matches your needs, or explain what should change. We can revise the plan and send it back for another review.

Step 5

Pay after approval

Approval consumes one Smart Crawl

An entitlement is used only after you approve the final plan. If you do not have one available, you can purchase it at that point. Development does not begin before approval and consumption.

Step 6

We build and deliver

We create, test, and deploy the Smart Crawl to your account. You can then use it for the supported site and workflow while your WebSync subscription remains active.

What happens when a request is difficult?

We will make a reasonable effort to design a Smart Crawl that meets the agreed plan. If technical constraints require a materially different scope or price, we discuss that with you before proceeding. If we cannot fulfill the agreed work, the money-back guarantee is limited to the funds actually received for the Smart Crawl purchase.
